Albert is a former Dexracer and member of the Night City Neon. He was paid by Mano P. Liman to sabotage the opposing Dexracing team, the Highgale Sandsharks, in the Tequasar Special.
He was yeeted into space by Hector after a failed kidnapping and extortion attempt.
