Andl Kauer

Andl Kaeur (a.k.a. Kolan Shevu)

Andl was hired as a general servant within the Gandenye in 1064, under the reign of Vlabaejanvela Andriy Shiroko. He was originally assigned to the grounds-keeping department, but was moved to indoor work on the request of the head of the Gilded Banquet Hall due to the necessity of more laborers. The plates of food for increasing numbers of nobility required more staff and, without a choice, Andl was transferred.
However, he is not a citizen of Eoion. Instead, he is a spy working for Kaelo Sranten II. He was a recruit in the Yzelian military who was chosen not for regular service, but to infiltrate the Eoin court. Kaelo sent him during the reign of Andriy in order to simply keep tabs on what was happening and pass along any information that was deemed important. His name was changed before he was sent due to the tensions between the two countries. Someone of Yzelian birth would never be allowed to work anywhere in the imperial palace.
His original station in the gardens was not as helpful, but upon transfer he was able to listen in on the conversations of the Eoin royals and nobility. Once Taras Shiroko ascended the throne, Andl's mission changed to learning about whether or not he is sanctioning Ilyannoi invasions across the border and keeping an eye on his instability.
