Birth of Keladon

During a difficult childbirth, Gaia calls out for the Mother (Life) and has a vision, in which the mother calls upon her to "save my children and end this corruption." After Keladon is safely delivered, and after the midwife talks about what she heard Gaia saying during the childbirth, several of her compatriots believe her to be an avatar of Life.   Her lover, whose name is lost to time, agrees and convinces her to leave the fold of the witches and start something new to replace the corrupted Keltic that abounds throughout the empire. Vitalism is born.
