Based on the same technology as Trains, gem carriages are often used to travel through large cities. They have magnetic magical gems (Beljuril) inlaid in the wheels that pulls the cart to its destination via the same kind of gems laid into the roads and paths of said city.
Typically costs 3SP/mile to ride one.
