Mechanics & Inner Workings
The marriage swords are hung in the house above the hearth for Kasian couples. If battle is coming or one of the spouses has to leave for any reason they will take the other sword that represents their bond to their spouse. This is so that they will remember their spouse while they are apart, but also to symbolically have their strength with them if danger occurs while they are away. That way neither spouse is truly alone even when they are separated.

The fire needs to be white hot while smelting the God's ore.

Raw materials & Components
God's ore is the main material needed for making the marriage sword. Gems, artwork, or words that the couple would like are on the swords are also required. The final material is a small amount of blood from each spouse. This is added last and is done at the wedding when the swords are exchanged over a fire.
Tools
Traditional blacksmithing tools are used, but they are either magical or made out of God's ore themselves in order to work with the material. The high temperature required to smelt God's ore requires the blacksmith to where protective clothing typically a leather outfit made from the skin of Dawals'.
