Amitian Sign Language (ˈæ.mɪʃ(j)ən)

“Śvẹ jhë ȝẹṙẹńo s'fat-mẹ o të śvẹ jhë hǒno s'fat-mẹ o të wa s'fat-kweṙṫ ga.”

The official sign language used by Amity City's deaf, hard-of-hearing, nonspeaking, and semispeaking population. Unlike the official spoken Amitian language (Amitian Creole), it mostly sprouted up on its own, only borrowing some signs from other sign languages.

Geographical Distribution

Pretty much exclusive to the Amitian City-State and its surrounding territories until the terraforming and colonization of Mars and Venus, at which point it became one of the most common sign languages.
