A half-elven man with one half of his face a rotting, decaying one with elf-like features and the other that of an old man. He loved to play the harmonica and run a horrible underground fighting pit for the entertainment of watching others get hurt. After the party rescued Daisy, Theo burned down his warehouse with him inside.
