Halfling "herbologist" from Siris whose home was overrun with soldiers. He asked for your help to drive them out in return for some of his secret stash. Fen found some golden coins from Fyredel in his home. He was ultimately captured by Ena Tradove and was later executed.

He was literally just hanging out.
