Minevera "The Bonecarver"
A rude and irritable old woman---almost an urban legend to the residents of Ceres. She lives underground with either an entrance below the steps to The Prancing Elk, through an underground water-filled passage, or a trapdoor behind the bar itself. She offers loanable disguises for adventurers to use but with a warning: return the gear on time or find out why she is known as "The Bonecarver"
