Gobta filled you in on the growing support he has received from various folk across Maiar and how he has already gained 80 fighters in total from two of these sectors. He and Gonzo, his brother had entrusted a task to you to gather more fighting forces from the three other locations before they would then decide to trust you and reveal their overall game plan. Looking for cover when exiting the city, you requested disguises and Gobta directed you to The Bonecarver, who lived underneath The Prancing Elk. Crawling through a cramped tunnel and diving into a pool of slimy water, you reached her door and The Bonecarver welcomed you in. In her shop of wonders, she gave you all the disguises you could ask for, and the four of you—including Joan—went out rocking a quad of porn staches, completely veiling your identity. She loaned you these disguises with a time limit of two weeks. You could always get a renewal but you had to be back and be present for an extension to be granted. Under the threat of finding out how Minevera got the name “The Bonetuner” if you didn’t bring her things back in one piece, you climbed up a trap door and found yourselves back in the Prancing Elk. Then, you headed for the docks where you found The Windmaster, Samy, who had a fleet of sailing ships that glided across the Golden Sea. She introduced you to her wife, Dawn, who gave you a quick run-down on how to operate their boat The Grasshopper before leaving you to your devices. Once you got the boat running, you all sat around for a little chat, getting to know each other and their goals better but were interrupted as the power wheel of the ship snagged on something below and the boat began to pitch to its side.
