Joshua was succeeded by Lucifer Cayhadi , after stepping down from the position. The position was offered to Michael prior to being passed to Lucifer.
Lucifer was succeeded by Luciano following Lucifer's Fall from Grace -- in the midst of the Holy Wars
Luciano was succeeded about a century later, after a similar Fall from Grace. Michael took over the position since that point, and has kept it.
