Winterhearth

Perched on the peak of an ice covered mountain stands the city of Winterhearth carved out of stone and ice, with the palace fortress shaped out of Blue Ice. The recently crowned Jarl is Urd Ardrendoter, primordial frost giant and Ice Mage student of Lady Elanna Winterborn.
