A user with this ability either is or can transform into an oni, variously translated as demons, devils, ogres, or trolls but are usually more than anything closer to ogres and trolls. Depictions of the oni vary widely but usually portray them as hideous, gigantic ogre-like creatures with sharp claws, wild hair, and horns growing from their heads.
Users of this ability are/can become an Oni whose power is on par with transcendent beings. They have enough raw power to rival even the most prominent transcendent beings individuals across worlds and time. Due to Oni's natural monstrous power in comparison to other creatures, they may be put off the same scale when compared to other transcendent beings. This means they are unusually more powerful than even most other transcendent beings. Their methods of transcendence may vary, other through strenuous training or bestowed divinity.
Users can create, shape and manipulate elements. Elements are the rudimentary, simplest, or essential parts of which any material thing consists. Elements are irreducible in nature and compose other (usually physical) things. Various combinations of elements can be used to create other things. For example, Ice could be thought of as a combination of Water and Air to produce a solid. The exact details of how elements combine, what each element does, and even which things are elements are canon/paradigm specific.
Users possess a regenerative healing factor, meaning that they can rapidly heal and get restored to their optimal and full health/state at an extremely fast rate. Unlike Healing, the regeneration/healing factor is a process that happens unconsciously without the need for activation, resulting in a constant state of optimal health. Regeneration is a process that occurs in all biological entities, but a regenerative healing factor is much more efficient, seamless, and powerful. So much so that users can recreate lost or damaged tissues, organs, and limbs, sometimes slowing, or even stopping aging, something natural regeneration can never accomplish (or does so extremely slowly).
Users can change their shape, size, color, density, texture, cellular composition, and/or atomic composition to mimic qualities, impersonate entities, amplify abilities, and/or traverse environments. The origins of this power play a significant role in their capabilities and limitations; altering oneself on a cellular, atomic, and/or conceptual level will permit varying degrees of alteration; while methods that defy the laws of reality, such as magic, will most likely keep to their own set of conventions.

Users with greater degrees of control are more than likely capable of using their bodies by unpredictably functioning as a perpetually reconstructing all-purpose appliance and/or employing near-indomitable deception in their strategies. Assuming the identity of distinguished or unsuspecting subjects allows for easier access to prohibited areas, superior persuasion, and potent espionage, depending upon the user's power and skill to imitate likenesses.
The user can evoke and increase fear and horror in others causing the target’s brain to release fear-inducing chemicals. The target’s perception may be altered, causing them to see their environment as ominous and the user as dark and foreboding, or even as a monster.
Users can establish a tele-transportation link with whatever or whomever they desire in order to bring them alongside themselves with/without the need of physical contact. This can be initiated whether one wills it to or not as the matter transport effect can sweep up everything around it alongside the transporter.
The user can create, shape and manipulate the chaotic forces in the universe, allowing them to manipulate probability or manipulate and even shatter reality. Rorkokis descends from Ōtakemaru, one of the greatest and most powerful Oni to live, a Kijin. She was born to Queen Maria Del Mar Adramélekh and an unnamed Oni of high birth, raised by her Uncle, Lord Chikafusa. Queen Maria had her daughters, Rorkokis and Cayetana, face each other for the throne. Cayetana, the older sister, lost, and Rorkokis was named the next Obelisk Queen.

History
The origins of the Oni people can be traced back to Urasaki, a place known as The Pit of Darkness, where a peculiar mingling of Nymphys, Spirits, and Khaos Daemons led to their unique existence. The Oni faced disdain from the Khaos Eaters and an intense fixation from the Khaos fanatics due to their mixed lineage. In the midst of the Great War in Heaven, the Oni embarked on a momentous pilgrimage from Urasaki, ultimately establishing a new homeland within the Empire that is now renowned as Ōeyama.

Within this Empire, the Oalsafar Kingdom, governed by House Adramélekh, held a subordinate position. Empress Rorkokis, poised to inherit her mother's expansive realm, harbored ambitions to expand her House's dominion, hence her pursuit of a marital alliance with a formidable consort, Prince Balkyth, the esteemed 6th Arcane Lord.

Yet, the Oni society diverged from Balkyth's customary beliefs about love and relationships. Whereas Balkyth was acquainted with notions of passion and romance, the Oni placed greater emphasis on the practical aspects of matrimony. The union between Rorkokis and Balkyth was not one founded on affection or antipathy, but rather a strategic alliance born out of necessity. Consequently, the emotion-laden lord sought solace and companionship in the chambers where concubines and companions resided, seeking respite from the detachment of their union.
