• The Learning Technique 

The crux of this IMT is the EOPM, which allows the user to copy and perfectly replicate any non-biological learned skill, spell, or technique just by witnessing it with their own eyes or experiencing it themselves. in the application, this allows for spells previously unknown to be instantly cast if they were used on the user, it allows for the quick mastery of almost any sword logic in real-time against opponents they have never faced before. The applications only become more expansive when the act of studying Magic and the various forms of physical combat comes into question. However, this technique also extends into any field of learning, Philosophy, Technology, Science, Arithmetic, Literature, and Alchemy, none will pose a challenge to learn anymore (refer to the Learning Technique for more information).

Personal history

Kishiyota of House Haji was the oldest son of Lord Koreyoshi, renowned for an Inherited Magical Technique he manifested as a boy and his appetite for not only learning but teaching what he knew to others. Kishiyota came to rule his House after the death of his father and later led a rebellion against his liege, the Emperor, claiming the entire Realm for House Haji.

Education

Emperor Al-Ambar demanded one hostage from each of his Great Houses as insurance for loyalty and put them to work in his personal court. Kishiyota was sent by his father as a hostage for House Haji, but soon turned his gilded cage into an advantage for his House. Kishiyota used his wits and magical capabilities to impress the Emperor and rise to the station of Imperial Advisor, bringing great wealth and honors to his lineage. He was afforded an education by some of the best Skalds Hosar could buy and trained in arcane and forgotten Magic.

Noyamano Oki, CEO of Tatake Shipyards

The Noyamano House was purchased Tatake Shipyards near the end of the 1st Great War for an incredible amount of Hosar and began mass producing a wide variety of starships to take advantage of a power vacuum left by the sudden end in the war. CEO Lady Kagami (grandmother of Lady Oki) received serval exclusive multi-quadrillion Hosar contracts from organizations like The United Stellar Commonwealth, The Holy Order, and a multitude of other empires and lesser kingdoms desperate to rebuild their infrastructure after an exhaustive 300k cycle war.

Oki's evergrowing and immense wealth attracted suitors, but she only ever entertained one, the young Prince Kishiyota of House Haji. Lord Koreyoshi put forward his son as a candidate to expand the power of their House and Oki accepted his hand on account of his ability with his technique, the prestige of his House, and his utter disinterest in the actual business of her Shipyard, a trait she found especially desirable so as to not lose what she and her House built. Kishiyota and Oki were wed and had four children together, Kazasashi (as the first-born daughter, in accordance with the traditions of House Noyamano, she was to be named the heir and received her mother's surname), Ryoma, Kyoden, and Usagi.
