House Cannith

House Cannith was originally established in Cyre by a legendary blacksmith named Apostolos M'Cannith who was firmly of the belief that in a world such as Sfaíra, gold would always flow easily to the man who could make the best weapons. The intention has stayed the same throughout but the weapons that keep House Cannith ahead of the game have changed beyond recognition, the process of development and innovation expedited by The Last War. Their range of firearms is still in its relative infancy and remains prohibitively expensive, but are becoming a more and more common sight in Khorvaire. Their greatest achievement though, was the creation of the Automatons. Walking weapons built and designed to kill, automatons were soon sold to all of the Five Nations as they warred with each at incredible prices. Some blame these abominations for the Mourning which now afflicts Cyre but, regardless, the creation of new automatons has now been unanimously outlawed. Whether the House of Making listens to such a ruling is another question. Surely a buyer is always available for such a thing.
