PSI DRUG
This drug can be administered in the manner listed after its title, but an unmodified roll of twenty on a Medical check results in immediate overdosing. After the effect has run its course, traces of the drug can be found in the target’s system for 24 hours. Most likely, the traces will be identified only as a foreign substance and not as a drug oriented toward psi.
Effect: Each dose grants a one step easement to all psychic powers checks . Each use of those abilities causes brain lesions and intense headaches. This imposes a one step penalty to all actions for one hour after any psychic use. Further, immediately after ingesting the drug, the operative must make a Routine Willpower check with a step penalty equal to the number of doses taken in the last 24 hours or suffer violent seizures and unconsciousness for D10 x 2(10) hours.
Overdose: Occurs each time (Constitution + 6) doses have been employed, regardless of the duration between doses. Upon overdose, a Routine Constitution check is required with a step penalty equal to the number of prior overdose rolls during the agent’s lifetime. Failure causes the characters EMP rating and PSI skills to be permanently reduced to zero. A unmodified roll of twenty results in death.
