Camp Forbearance

Camp Forbearance is a third, secret, encampment built by the Azrinath on the southern coast of Marakuru.
Members of the Azrinath such as High Templar Celeste Whitehill seem to be reticent to discuss the existence of the camp and have used the Red Law to justify not revealing its existence to the Merchant Princes.
