Mtoto
One of the many "Beggar Princes" of Port Nyanzaru. He is the son a a formerly wealthy Nizamish merchant who lost his fortune when the Merchant Princes came to power. All of his father’s wealth and assets were seized by Ifan Talro'a, including a gilded urn that contains the ashes of his mother.
Mtoto was rumoured to be in contact with a woman named Dalia who had offered a bounty of 10,000 Asturian gold coins to the one that could bring her duke Lochland Ravengard's half of the Tablet of Ch'gakare.
He has many contacts throughout the city, including Uda.
Mtoto runs a gang called the Jade Fangs out of their hideout in Sokoro’s Ziggurat in The Old City.
