Sinzil's Circlet

The circlet was given to Sinzil by a member of the Sanguine Scale as a gift while he was alive.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

The circlet has trapped Sinzil’s spirit in the physical world as a ghost and in the long years he has spent in his tomb he has been unable to move more than 30 feet away from the circlet.
