Fifth Ward of the Sanguine Scale
Sinzil is an Anasazi shaman and member of the Sanguine Scale who lived over 1000 years ago. His lingering spirit was discovered by adventurers who were exploring his tomb on behalf of Deston Ashwood.
He claims that he was betrayed by his Ward-brothers when he refused their demands. They wished to bring back the one called Atsah "whose spirit has long resided in The Dreamlands". In retribution they bound him to a golden circlet that prevents his own spirit from passing on to the afterlife.
