Flotsam

The Town of Flotsam is a raft town that floats on the sea above the city of Caepis . The town serves as a kind of camouflage and trading post for the larger city. Those Caepisians that can pass as more common ancestries take rotations living in Flotsam. Visitors to the shard are met with friendly fishers and craftspeople happy to trade with them. They will also make every effort to dissuade them from exploration or investigation.
The town itself is constructed from various pieces of odds and ends giving it a bit of an unplanned work with what you have feel. Which is entirely deliberate to hide the secrets under the sea.
