Commissary

The Commissary is where the citizen's of Sanctuary go in order to grab their food ration slips or pick up a couple of extra things for their kitchen cupboards. There is always a queue into the Commissary, whenever anyone choose to go, and thus waiting has become part of the experience. Outside there are bollards and signage to keep people in check. Occasionally there is known to be two queue lines, one for official Sanctuary personnel and one for normal citizens, however that is known to be few and far between. Each citizen can get either a daily or weekly ration slip.
Inside there is a relatively large food hall for people to sit and chatter, catching up on life and inspecting their ration cards to see what goodies they are allowed. Sometimes they even give out free coupons to Hallowed Grounds!
