Dwali Urikini

Dwali is a strange and ethereal being. Blessed with cybernetic enhancements of her own creation, she is an expert in her craft and has the experience to boot. She is straight-talking and no nonsense, and constantly has an air of authority surrounding her. She has short dark brown hair that is usually covered by a cap, appears to be in her 30s, and has brown eyes. She stands at approximately 5'8 and walks with a large gate due to the cybernetic enhancements on her arms and legs. Dwali only recently became the leader of Maintenance and Engineering after the previous leader went missing and was never recovered, supposedly he was repairing the sewer pipes and just never came back. 
There are rumours that she is a descendant of some form of Fae creature due to her beauty. No one can deny that she has a hypnotic way about her despite how one might feel about her enhancements. She is known to continuously smoke a pipe that belonged to the previous leader as a sign of respect to him.
