Fairly silent and tends to nod or shake his head to questions over speaking. He isn't an imaginative liar, but is able and is willing to tell lies vs truth unlike nearly all created puppets where he is from. Exceedingly courageous and doesn't flinch from anything, even if they are larger than life.
Without the memories of his core, P looks every bit like his creator intended and as a puppet strives for change he currently doesn't understand. He never sleeps, can eat, and tends to spend most of his time either in a shop to work on new arms (one is completely and obviously robotic) whereas the rest of him looks 100% real As such he second guesses himself a lot until a path can be forged
