The wavesong ruins

The Wavesong Ruins are a collection of ruins slightly inland from the settlement of Edgeware, they sit among dense forest and appear to be some form of castle. The ruins are currently inhabited by a tribe of Goblins who usually sell game they've caught to passing travellers. The Goblins who live there live within a cave system under the castle that appears to connect to the coast.

Purpose / Function

The purpose of the ruins is unknown but all evidence points towards them being the remnants of a castle built to defend the original settlement that became Edgeware.

Architecture

The wavesong ruins appear to be of dwarven architecture though only 2 floors are visible above ground it seems the structure extends deep down into the ground.

Defenses

The Wavesong ruins have thick outer walls that have crumbled in places but still offer defensible locations.
