Varilian Crystal City

The Crystal City of Varilian is a large settlement, the city surrounds an enormous sentient crystal that is all that remains of the Celestial Dragon Varilian. The City is nestled in the dead caldera of a massive volcano, with buildings tiered up the sides.

The volcano that The Crystal City is in is tall enough that the outer edges of the caldera are coated in snow year round, due to The Great Tree within the caldera the city itself enjoys a temperate environment for most of the year though winters are particularly harsh towards the edge of the city.
