Azazel

Azazel is the last remaining of the devil Princes of Hell still loyal to Baelfury.  He is one of the youngest and least powerful of the devils.  During the War of Ash he developed a close bond with the Archangel Benedictus, with whom he helped uncover a dark plot by some of the other devils and archangels to overthrow both Celestine and Baelfury.  Benedictus was slain, and both Celestine and Baelfury imprisoned before they were able to reveal the treachery, causing Azazel to go into hiding in the mortal form of Captain Brinestone.  He was approached by Vigilis, an angel loyal to Benedictus and Celestine, and together they formed the Silver Accord, a group of powerful mortals, as well as those infernals and celestials still loyal to their gods, with an aim to restore the gods and defeat the The Heavenly Chorus, the Demons, and the new Four Horseman.
