Ozu

Ozu is a powerful cultural leader among the tieflings, and the founder and leader of The Hulmalnaar.  He has tasked himself with protecting as many of his people as possible, with making as few concessions to their culture and history as possible.  He avoids conflict, knowing that secrecy and subtlety are far better tools.  He has lead his people through several crusades on Uban by the Celestine church, each time losing many, but only a fraction of his flock.  He considers himself the last true Priest of Baelfury, and is said to be bound to a powerful entity from Hell.
