Rylora

Rylora is the Saeli Emissary to the merchants of the Celestine Empire and Renvere.  She is usually the one of the only elves that any merchants ever actually have contact with.  Likewise, she is the chosen diplomet to travel outside the city if a representative is needed to speak to leaders of foreign nations.  She is the daughter of Tiliseth, born a decade after the end of the War of Ashes.
