The city is often referred to as the city of cretin as it has been taken by crime. The locals allow bandits to roam the city as they provide a wealth of goods that can be sold back to those they sold from at a higher price. Any one that deals with this city is a cretin. The city is vastly corrupt and some have claimed that 4th landing shouldn't receive and benefit from the landing initiative
