The fangs are the specialized strike forces as well as army generals and leaders.

As a politcal power they have intellegent forces that are more surgical than any local militia or army could every be. they are sent in for collosal monster attacks or frontline generals They also inhabit magi booths. some are sent there as punishment and others will stop there for vacation or as a resupply location on their path.
