Hero Sigil

This is the symbol for someone, usually on someone, that shows they have done something that the empire appreciates. It is crafted with arcane symbols and runes.
At a starting level the symbol is a light blue, almost white and will begin to dim within a month or so and with disappear in 6 months
The next level is green and is a bit larger. shows the continued support of the empire. its known as the "actual Hero" sigil because most anyone can get the entry level, and the green shows that you continue to fight for good. This sigil stays lit for 4 months and fades in 10
The Yellow/gold level shows that the empire favors you. sometimes you can get magic weapons and armor from magi booths if they have any available but they are usually just a +1 or maybe a +2 if your lucky. THis sigil is known as "respected Hero" "or "Ranked Hero" and lasts for 1 year and fades in 1 year
The orange level is a known as the "Hired Hero" level. emergencies in your area will alert your sigil and you can choose to aid. You now have an account with the Empire and you must take orders from magi and fang. The sigil will dim after 1 year but will never dissipate
After the orange level you are no longer a simple hero and are usually sent to the front lines. These advanced sigils will provide extra power and usually access to restricted magi spell lists. These advanced sigils usually involve a long ritual preformed by multiple Magi.
Red level means you are part of the empire whether you like it or not. you are usually conscripted to fight in the ash-lands at this point and are given powerful gear
Violet- Deity Level. Generals in the ash-lands and veteran heroes. not to be trifled with
Void Sigil- This is only known to be bestowed on the emperor. requires a long ritual but can boost a character into unreachable power levels. It requires all 4 pillar heads and an army of magi to apply the sigil
