Followers of Moradin

A dwarf in blood or a dwarf in spirit are equal in the eyes of Moradin.
Followers of Moradin are followers of two traits: Dwarven blood, Dwarven craftsmanship, or both. Many Followers of Moradin prosper in Dwarven communities, and many others prosper in smithing trade guilds.
The most standard depiction of a Follower of Moradin is a dwarf acting for the sake of Dwarfkind in a Dwarven community. Acting as a farmer, merchant, soldier, smith, or literate noble, a Follower of Moradin in this sense puts their race first before (most) individual goals.
Another valid depiction of a Follower of Moradin is that of an artisan wishing to perfect their craft in the way that Moradin has perfected his. In this case, the Follower can be any race and belonging to any community, with any sort of moral values that do not interfere with their desire to improve.

Structure

There is no structure based on theology alone.

Culture

Typically, one Follower of Moradin looks out for another and helps when they can. It is not uncommon for an artisan, Dwarven or not, in a non-Dwarven community to harbor Dwarven soldiers or merchants based on nothing other than faith.

Tenets of Faith

Honor him by emulating his principles and workmanship in smithing, stoneworking, and other tasks. Wisdom is derived from life and tempered with experience. Advance the dwarven race in all areas of life. Innovate with new processes and skills. Found new kingdoms and clan lands, defending the existing ones from all threats. Lead the dwarves in the traditions laid down by the Soul Forger. Honor your clan leaders as you honor Moradin.
