Arbitrator Wardens
The Arbitrator Wardens are the elite troops of the Prime Arbitrator to help them keep order at the council. These elite guards are hand picked from the best out there, and are expected to remove any troublemakers from the council in a professional way, not making any sound as they do so.
Usually, the Arbitrator Wardens just stand at the edges of the council room, as most discussions are more or less peaceful. It's in the rare cases the discussions get just a little bit too heated they're needed to do what they're trained to do, after all.
Composition
Manpower
There are seven Arbitrator Wardens at any time, in which five are on duty every counsel session. The remaining two function as a backup in case any of the five on duty are unable to do their duty. Who is on duty rotate between all the seven, so none of them are permanently on backup.
Equipment
The Arbitrator Wardens are equipped with personal light armor to protect them against getting hurt while they transport their target out. In addition, they have restraining equipment to make sure they can bring their target outside.
Weaponry
While the Arbitrator Wardens do carry lethal weapons, they're not supposed to use them against any member of the council. Council members are, after all, more important than the Arbitrator Wardens in siren society. This is why the Wardens are trained in subjugating their target without hurting them.
Structure
All the Arbitrator Wardens have the same rank, and only answer to the Prime Arbitrator.
Training
All Arbitraror Wardens are trained in the art of staying calm and silent in any situation. They need to be able to transport someone out of the counsel room quickly and without harming themselves or the person they're bringing outside.
Logistics
Upkeep
Being an Arbitrator Warden is a prestigious role, and the pay is therefore rather high. They're given the newest and highest quality equipment needed to do their job.
