Time-Teller
The Time-Teller is a clockwork construction in the middle of the Plaza of Dreams in Elmazar. It's one of the first large clockwork constructions, yet although the technology of clockwork has come a long way since then it's still an impressive piece of engineering.
The Time-Teller is a three and a half meter tall tower with a circular bronze plate on the southern side. On the plate there are two metal arms that move with the help of clockwork. Looking at which way each arm point you can tell what time of day it is.
