Sicklemen Soldiers
The Sicklemen bonded together over shared feeling of being "discarded" after their usefulness as regular soldiers ended with the brokered peace at the end of the 100 year war. They bond over their disillusion with how the government treated these war veterans and soldiers in their regions and over the fact they all suddenly got an unfamiliar Crescent moon shaped mark on their left forearm at the end of the war.
They're not evil perse, and not all of them are well-trained. Also, not every soldier that has the Crescent moon (or sickle) mark, joined the Sicklemen.
