Tadia, The Silver Lady

Revered Mother, divine light of the heavens, I wandered from your path and come to confess my sins. Absolve me, I did not spread your word as well as I could. I accept your punishment, unburden me of this pain. Punish me as you see fit so I may savor your eternal soul once more.

One of the major deities who walked the ground of the The Cradle of Stars, Tadia is one of the first daughters of Prime King Osgar and Voiceless Queen Estrid, born shortly after the Ascension of the First Flame. She is the guardian of the inhabitants of Moonfall and by extension the patron saint of the Silverwood Lands. Goddess of the Moon and the night, she has a very important place in the mythology of the Craddle of Stars, mostly to the Silverfolk.

Only by this unexpected shattering of the very fabric of the word, known today as the First Spark, did the cosmic essence of Prime King Osgard and the Silence Queen Estrid come to be.
Their union, as the roughtness of the Lands met the depth of the blackest nights, birthed the twin deities Tadia and Iena. These celestial siblings emerged as embodiments of cosmic equilibrium, with Tadia radiating the tranquil glow of the moon and Iena emanating the brilliance of sunlight.   As Tadia and Iena took their celestial roles, their presence became a radiant thread woven into the cosmic tapestry. Born not of mortal means, but of the cosmic essence shared by their parents, they embodied the eternal dance of light and shadow.   Night and Day
And the Time just split itself in two, right down the middle
The Rün attack and the split between day and night
Tadia's nurturing embrace of Iena's twins and her victory over a celestial wolf marked her early days. A secret liaison led to Rün's birth, giving rise to the Giants during a time of conflict between the Lords and the Greys. Iena's daughter, Unna, did an escapade that sparked a bitter quarrel between Tadia and Iena, fracturing their bond. This rivalry now shapes the Sun and Moon's celestial dance.
In Night's depths   The Black Maiden and the sea tides
In ancient legends, the tides are attributed to the movements of the Black Maiden, a colossal sea creature whose body spans the world's oceans. A mad king's sacrificial act transformed a virgin into the monstrous maiden, who demands offerings from sailors before their voyages. Different regions honor her with rituals like burning miniature boats or casting meat and coins into the sea. Some treasure-seeking sailors hunt for her prized possessions, such as the Maiden's tooth or eye, hoping to gain wealth.   Tadia is said to have a unique connection with the Black Maiden, occasionally descending from the heavens to meet her at the horizon, suggesting a bond between the two. However, Iena and her son hold animosity towards the Maiden, causing lengthy days at sea and scorching sun rays. The disappearance of sacrificed maidens and fishermen led to changed rituals, from sacrificing women to offering food to placate the sea's temperamental spirit.
