Feycursed

Among the deva, there are few as strange as the fey. They are spirits who, for one reason or another, have turned away from the Gods, to serve no other master than their own whims. Among them, the most well known are the hags, who seem to have no agenda other than their own amusement. One of the ways hags amuse themselves is to bargain for the children of mortals, or occasionally just steal them. Whether through some ill-advised bargain, or a mischievous trick of a hag, some people end up as feycursed, either from birth or later in life, through their own actions.

Basic Information

Biological Traits

Feycursed will look like their parent race, but will develop very obvious traits over time, as the curse takes hold. Forked ears, reminiscant of elves or orcs, but with two ear-tips each, and skin ranging from olive to reddish brown are the first to appear, but most notably, a "crown" made of horn will grow, either little horns around the rim of the skull, or antler-like structures that grow from the back of the head and wrap around the forehead. These are quite distinct, and not easily mistaken for the horns of demonkin but they do tend to be smaller, and therefore easier to hide. Otherwise Feycursed will retain most of the biology of their parent race, including height and weight, but their lifespan changes to an average of 90 years, regardless of what the average of their parents are.

The Dungeons & Dragons 5th edition rules for Hexbloods, known as Feycursed in Sildair:
ability score increase: Feycursed increase their CON and their WIS by 1, and choose the hybrid features of their parent race for their other stat increases.
age: Feycursed have a natural lifespan between 70 and 110 years.

speed: Whatever the speed of their parent race is.
Languages: Whichever ones are granted by your chosen culture.

Eerie Token:
As a bonus action, you can harmlessly remove a lock of your hair, one of your nails, or one of your teeth. This token is imbued with magic until you finish a long rest. While the token is imbued this way, you can take these actions:
Telepathic Message: As an action, you can send a telepathic message to the creature holding or carrying the token, as long as you are within 10 miles of it. The message can contain up to twenty-five words.
Remote Viewing: If you are within 10 miles of the token, you can enter a trance as an action. The trance lasts for 1 minute, but it ends early if you dismiss it (no action required) or are incapacitated. During this trance, you can see and hear from the token as if you were located where it is. While you are using your senses at the token's location, you are blinded and deafened in regard to your own surroundings. When the trance ends, the token is harmlessly destroyed.
Once you create a token using this feature, you can't do so again until you finish a long rest, at which point your missing part regrows.
Hex Magic: You can cast the Disguise Self and Hex spells with this trait. Once you cast either of these spells with this trait, you can’t cast that spell with it again until you finish a long rest. You can also cast these spells using any spell slots you have. Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells (choose the ability when you gain this lineage).
