A huge brawl breaks out in Heiwa Toshi over a family of fleeing Burakumin

Doji Sachiko escorts Shuji, a young Southern burakumin, and his family to a train heading to freedom in the North. In an attempt to stop them, Confederate citizens gather in the town square, led by Soshi Bairei and Hida Maru. The brawl escalates rapidly in scale and violence until Agasha Arikimede blows up the water tower, washing out the town square.   Hida Maru is almost drowned in the ensuing rush of water, but is saved by Kakita Jihi.
