The people of Heiwa Toshi wander the desert led by Daidoji Sumiko, The Governor

Fleeing the destruction of Heiwa Toshi, the former citizens of Heiwa Toshi flee into the desert where they wander for many weeks before finding a new home. Approximately 5,000 joined the exodus.   The Nezumi, Chik-Chat tells Tadaka, Kazehime, and Akasha where to find a safe place to settle.
