Masks

The easiest way to recognize a Dragon clan is from their masks. The masks and veils of Draektormund have become the primary fashion statement of the Dragon, spreading far beyond the sulfurous streets of the city and featuring jewels and intricate designs according to the family and personal style of the wearer.

The Dragon originally settled in a particularly volcanic region of the Sjonderwold, and developed masks to protect their breathing from the harsh air there. As they grew more settled and developed the natural resources around them, this grew into a culture of universal masking, with decoration and symbolism specific to families, organizations, and individual means and accomplishments.
