Ballar
(a.k.a. The Patriarch of Death)
Ballar is an evil necromancer, and one of the four splintered pieces of The Uncaring (specifically the body), he is growing a small army in the hopes to amass his power and collect Vestiges of Divergence. His goal seems to be to kill the other gods and bring back Zumdan from the dead, as he is unaware that his brother survived the accident that blinded him and claimed his memory. Like most of the other pieces of The Uncaring, he appears to be Elven.
It is unknown how he reacted to Zumdan rejoining The Uncaring, as the three other pieces reformed, but it is assumed he is aware but pressing on all the same, his various lieutenants still carrying out operations throughout Exandria
