Solomon is a human paladin of The Uncaring, one of the only known worshipers of the lost god, as he was raised by Zumdan, the amnesiac shard of the shattered god. Solomon is gruff and unpleasant, owed to his life as an orphan and his upbringing wandering the world with his mentor. He singlehandedly undertook the construction of a small temple to The Uncaring in Emon at the request of Zumdan. When his temple was attacked by an incursion of devils the party learned that Zumdan had left Solomon alone to build the structure for some time, and hadn't been seen for weeks.
Solomon's upper body is covered in infernal tattoos that allow him to bind and control fiends through what he calls "contracts", the nature of these deals is unclear but Solomon has had the tattoos for as long as he can remember, and he doesn't know how he got them.
Solomon seems to have a personal history with the Devil Malphas, apparently having met the devil on numerous occasions throughout his life whenever his mentor was absent.
