The Outlands

The Outlands is a plane of pure and utter neutrality, and at it's center rises Sigil the city of doors.
Hidden somewhere on this plane is The Library of Lore, the divine domain of The Uncaring.

Geography

The plane consists of infinitely rolling hills and valleys, never too extreme in one direction, always maintaining a balance with one another. Save for the spire that holds sigil, there are no defining landmarks, and getting lost can be quite easy.
