Monitor

A Monitor is a member of the Ground Dweller Surveillance Program. They keep up to date with what the Ground Dwellers do, where they build, different plane flight paths, rocket launches, satellite orbits, and other important things that help keep the Skydwellers hidden. They have special training to make them adaptable to the high temperatures on land, and often pose as employees of different airports and space companies to stay up to date with current Ground Dweller technology and information.
