The Rowdy Room

The Rowdy Room is a tavern and inn run by the Gold family. Zara is the bartender and innkeeper, while Rayline handles more of the manual work. Neither the rooms nor ale are high quality, but it's certainly affordable.
A beer and a meal cost 6CP each, and a room, however run-down, is one silver a night.
