Clowngirls are a Mutation that spreads by clowngirl transformation.
Clowngirls are a mutation with their origin in the Clownea Dimension where they conquered Earth and established an iron rule under their queen and the first clowngirl Alissa Joybringer. The mutation can be given to others easily by another clowngirl and can be given in two variations: Temporary and Permanent. All known species can be affected by the mutation as it is a Pink Mist mutation.
Abilities
Balloonmancy and Latexmancy
All clowngirls are naturally Balloonmancer with incredible control over any rubber, vinyl, and latex. Even powerful beings like the Balloon Foxes and the goddess of Latex Larissa Mueller are not on their level. They can create, transform and erase any rubbery material easily or give it near magical properties like floating massive Balloon structures in the sky. Most clowngirls use this ability to hold shows and entertain others with their extremely playful nature. But one should not mistake their childish behavior with infantility while they use this ability, as they can easily trap Humans and other prey forever in their balloons. Their latex can also invade the minds of their prey, transforming them into their servants who follow every command given by the clowngirl. In rarer cases, the clowngirl can also transform her prey fully into a being made out of latex, stealing away any characteristic they had as their previous species.Age Harvest
Differently to many other magical users who use the powers of Soul-Energy, clowngirls are not able to naturally regenerate their own power. Their batteries do not recharge by themselves as would typically be the case for most species and mutations. Clowngirls need to steal away the energy from other living beings. This is called Age Harvesting. Due to the unnatural suction of the soul energy from a prey, the prey regresses back into younger ages to a point where they revert back to a child or even a baby if the clowngirl wishes so. The regression does not only affect the body but the mind as well. The person does not lose memories, but they will begin to act more childish again and will lose their ability to think like an adult. A clowngirl that does not gain enough power through this technique will slowly begin to lose her abilities. Her body will slowly gain color again till she is hardly to differ from an average human except for the nose. In this mode, she can only harvest age but lost any of her other powers. Clowngirls usually care for the people they harvest like big sisters. They take them in and educate them in their ways. A clowngirl only needs to fully regress someone’s age every some year if she uses her other powers in a limited way.Clownification
Clowngirls can transform others into clowngirls as well. This mostly happens when a clowngirl creates a clown nose and places this on the nose of her victim. Species that do not have a nose will just get the clown nose placed in the center of their faces. The person will begin to transform into a clowngirl, physically and mentally. This can be done permanently or temporarily. The permanent transformations are extremely rare, as a clowngirl would lift the human on the same power level as herself. This is only done to the most loyal and best friends. Temporarily transformations are much more common, especially as the clowngirl can cancel the transformation any time she wants. She does that to have fun with others or to show them how much fun her life is. It is also something she mostly grands friends or people she likes or people she wants to tease with this.Basic Information
Anatomy
The clowngirl mutation causes two significant changes to the body of the affected person. First, their skin or fur loses all color and changes to a pure, pale white color. The texture of their skin or fur also becomes smoother and slightly rubbery in feel. This allows them to bounce around quickly and jump high into the air without hurting themselves with the following landing. It also makes their bodies durable against attacks from outside, like sharp objects or bullets, as smaller attacks can't penetrate their skin.
The second major change is that the nose of the new clowngirl will transform into that of a clown nose. This clown nose is the center of their power and abilities, their magical heart. It allows them to control latex, but also still functions as a typical nose for smelling and tasting aromas.
Genetics and Reproduction
The clowngirl mutations do not change the general reproduction ability of the affected person. A Human who became a clowngirl will still able to become pregnant, yet the child will not automatically be born as a clowngirl as the mutation itself only spreads by given others the magical clown nose.
When a clown nose is either placed in the face of a person or magically appears there by the playful trick of the clowngirl, the person will rapidly change into a clowngirl. This process takes only up to five minutes and includes both physical and mental changes. Additionally, most males become females during the transformation. Male clowns are extremely rare, which is the main reason why the mutation was called clowngirl mutation.
The transformation into a clowngirl can be made temporarily or permanently. While permanent clowngirls will instantly have access to all abilities, temporary ones are depending fully on the clowngirl who transformed them. They can't store energy themselves and all their abilities are given by the clowngirl. That also means that the permanent clowngirl can easily revert the mutation for temporary clowngirls at any time or extent it as long as she wishes. Most clowngirls are temporarily clowngirls, which makes them depend on their permanent big sister for their powers. It is rare that a new permanent clowngirl is created, as such a transformation is permanent and can't be reverted by normal means and not by any other clowngirl.
Dietary Needs and Habits
For their survival, a clowngirl still requires the normal nutrition of their species. A human must still eat and drink, even if they are affected by the clowngirl mutation. But this normal nutrition does not provide them with their unique abilities. They require the soul energy of others to use their clown abilities.
Behaviour
A typical clowngirl has three major behaviors. The first and most prominent is the playful behavior. Clowngirls love to toy around and are extremely good at bringing joy to others, no matter if adults or children. Their way of laughing and their positive aura makes it hard to resist them and to not join the fun mood they are spreading wherever they go. Second is their teasing behavior. They just love to tease others and play with them. A clowngirl will not only show little tricks when asked but also include you in her tricks! And lastly, and easily forgotten due to their playful nature, they are a dominant mutation. A clowngirl is not submissive and most often appears in control of nearly any situation. She decides what will happen and how it will. A clowngirl only bows her head to a stronger clowngirl if required.

Social Structure
Clowngirls naturally dominate their group of people, may it be a family or even a nation if they wish to. They rarely accept others above themselves and have often problems accepting laws that restrict their own playful nature. A clowngirl will most often call other clowngirls their sisters and treat them like these. They have very friendly and family-like behavior which each other. Nevertheless, if one clowngirl is stronger than the others, she will dominate the other clowngirls and conquers the position as their leader.
Additionally, there is a big difference between permanent clowngirls and their temporary servant clowngirls. Permanent clowngirls are always higher in any social order than their servant clowngirls, as they are not depending on another clowngirl but are the source of their own power. A servant or temporary clowngirl is fully dependent on the permanent clowngirl who transformed them. They can only use their abilities if their mistress wishes it and they can be reverted back to their old self at any moment. Most clowngirls have a small group of servant clowngirls around themselves, which they lead.
Facial characteristics
Clowngirls have pale skin and a clown nose in the center of their faces. Most often they have bigger eyes than the average of their species and appear in a cute or sexy way. Their hair is most often colorful and bright.
Geographic Origin and Distribution
Most clowngirls live in the Queendom of Clownea in the Clownea Dimension. There are only very few clowngirls who have split from them and are living elsewhere. A major and very well-known one is Sayaniri Sumpfkraut in the Queendom of Slimea in the Slimea Dimension of Earth. Most clowngirls prefer big cities over villages, due to their very socially orientated nature.
Average Intelligence
The clowngirl mutation does not change the intelligence of the transformed person. They will still retain their normal skills and way of thinking. The only thing that is added is intensive know-how about their abilities, which they can use naturally and without thinking about it.
Symbiotic and Parasitic organisms
Their age-harvest ability and their requirement to steal their required soul energy from others make them a parasitic mutation. A group that only has clowngirls is not able to uphold their abilities as they need non-clowngirls as a source for their abilities. This makes them also very symbiotic with others, as they will care well for their people as they have a natural bond with them due to the age harvesting. A clowngirl will most often lead their family or group of people due to their dominant behavior.
Civilization and Culture
History
Clowngirls have their origin in the Clownea Dimension with the first clowngirl Alissa Joybringer. Their history is heavily linked to the Queendom of Clownea. The clowngirls, after facing discrimination, rebelled and quickly conquered many cities before fully militarizing themselves, and eventually uniting their earth under their rulership. No military of earth could withstand them for long, due to their magical powers and the quick spreading even under their own population. Many humans even actively resisted fighting the clowngirls and joined their side.
The important part of the mutation is that it was spread over the earth of the clownea dimension and later appeared in other dimensions as well.
To the Earth of the Slimea Dimension it was brought by Sayaniri Sumpfkraut, a former general of the clowngirls and traitor to their nation.
