Black Eye

The Black eye was one of the 4 Eyes of Darthas, presumably responsible for it's protection. Each of the eyes embodied a different trait, the Black Eye being that of destruction. He lived in the catacombs beneath Trascarr, where he provided protection for the few remaining survivors, including Jeremiah Caliban and Raine.
Apparently, he hates secrets.
