Relas Rainwinter

Relas Rainwinter is the leader of The Glorious Hand, and a kind of surrogate father to Dust. He's well into his eighties now but age has done little to dull his edge, and he is regarded as one of the dangerous -and most brutal - military tacticians in Kinnorath.
