Champion Galeb Duhr (a.k.a. Gale)

A Champion with an unfiltered mouth, Gale is powerful and fun-loving. She is known to take jabs at all people, and delight when her games are directed back at her. Though despite being the unruly and attention seeking type, she is a team player and has shown great interest in the success of others. Especially that of our heroic adventurers.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

Gale is incredibly fit and comparable to an immovable force due to this as well as her stout figure. Even so, she is incredibly limber. Her Dexterity is comparable to Quinn's, a taller and leaner monk, and is much faster on the battlefield than one might suspect. She is comparable to the appearance and taste of a Red Hot candy. Short, plump, red, and full of hot spice.

Identifying Characteristics

Gale's arms are covered in dwarven runic tattoos. Geometrical and rather nonsensical, inked in a nearly black red that complements her red hair. 
her face is also peppered in many freckles and a few faded scars.

Apparel & Accessories

Though she used to wear glorious robes and bejeweled costumes fit for her gladiator status, Gale usually wears understated clothing that is easy to move around it.

Personal history

Gale was born and raised among the mountain dwarves in Ellios. Her home is rich with culture, one that she become actively involved in. She was showered in praise and wealth for her involvement in the entertainment career as a gladiator. At least up until her foul mouth got her in trouble. After crudely portraying her thoughts about a noble name in Ellios, she lost her popularity and was forced to leave her home in order to be able to find another suitable job. 
Gale decided to travel and eventually found herself in Keryn in Fafniran, befriending a young half-elf named Quinn. Despite their completely opposite personalities, they became fast friends. Gale is very protective of her squishy friend. 
She continues to follow Quinn, joining her on her journey to become lord mayor for the city of Ringwe'Eska. When the city had been taken over by anarchists, Gale helped in taking the city back and defeating the man who drove the city into ruin. Though now a hero to the Ringwe'Eska people, she wishes she had accompanied Quinn to Houndbreach in order to have saved her from being trafficked. 
With Quinn back in the city, Gale has returned to acting as her assistant and bodyguard.

Gale began her career as a gladiator for her hometown, which held their cultural entertainment in high regards. Being a gladiator was a noble career choice for her people, as it was deeply rooted in the timeless traditions of the mountain dwarves and led way to some less honorable but popular pastimes that the dwarves take part in. 
Gale quickly climbed the ranks of the gladiators; earning herself the title of Galeb Duhr for her ability to be an immovable force in the arena. And even beyond that, once she became Champion, she defended her title vehemently. Her fall from fame was due to her own behavior, for her title was stripped of her after she made some unpleasant and satirical remarks about a noble dwarven family belonging to her city.
